Every year, like clockwork, I watch people <\/span>check out when the sun comes out<\/b>. They disappear. They go into vacation mode. They convince themselves that \u201cno one wants to talk right now\u201d because it\u2019s summer.<\/span><\/p>\n

And then what happens?<\/span><\/p>\n

Fall shows up\u2014and they have <\/span>zero momentum<\/b>. The pipeline is empty. Their team is disengaged. Their income dips. And they scramble to get going again.<\/span><\/p>\n
