One of the most important things I learned was that the one thing you have to get used to is <em>change<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Things are going to change a lot. In fact, things are going to change constantly, and many of these changes will be disappointing. So, if you don\u2019t manage your expectations and learn to navigate change, you won\u2019t be around for long.<\/p>\n<p>Let me give you some examples of changes that may occur\u2026 your products or services may change. Your company may discontinue a product that you love or they may add a product that you don\u2019t like. There will be people who join your organization and then quit. There will be people who join your organization and then decide to go to another company. They might even take some of your people with them. Your company might let you down in some way. Your upline might leave and never call you again. Your compensation plan might change. The CEO you love might leave your company and you might get a new CEO that you don\u2019t like.<\/p>\n<p>And guess what\u2026 <em>you\u2019re just going to have to deal with it<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>These are simply some of the realities of our profession. We seem to think that the rules of the rest of the world don\u2019t apply to Network Marketing, that we can join a company and stay with it for the rest of our lives and nothing will ever change. But take a look around. Think about any company and how many changes it has gone through over the years.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/my.networkersjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/shutterstock_262987988.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1765\" style=\"width:582px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>So what is the key to navigating change in Network Marketing?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Stop resisting. Stop complaining. Embrace change and adapt. First, adapt yourself, then help your organization and even your company adapt.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>How can you do this?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Become world class at the basic skills required to become successful in Network Marketing and you\u2019ll be bulletproof.
