In order to keep your existing team members<\/em> focused on what they should be doing on a daily basis, you need to create systems<\/strong> \u2013 established ways of doing things that everyone is aware of. Let\u2019s say you want to take a week off, if your systems are in place, everyone will know what they are supposed to be doing<\/em> while you are gone.\u00a0<\/p>\n
