Getting frustrated, getting stuck \u2014 all very normal! But no negativity allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Tip #2: Create Incentives &#038; Excitement <\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Put together activity contests as well as results-based contests.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Because here\u2019s the thing. Some of you people will be new. They might even be new to personal development or being in business for themselves! So if you go out there and create success with that person who\u2019s been with the company for 6 months, you are now able to virtually high-five them in front of your team. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Now, you can <b>recognize the type of behavior you want to see more of! <\/b>Because you can say, <i>&#8220;Look what Susie&#8217;s doing and how much success she\u2019s having! She signed up a new teammate last night at 11:30 pm. Most of us are already sleeping, Susie&#8217;s online signing up new people. You might say, <i>&#8220;I only have six people on my team who want to do this 90-day run.&#8221; <\/i>Great. Those are the people you lock arms with! You hold each other accountable and work together.
