Lots of lessons and wake up calls, thanks to which I am where I am today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leaders hitting a home run, while others<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are counting their chickens before hatch and dying in the water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I still see leaders making mistakes consistently\u2014and it\u2019s driving me crazy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>But not you.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>You\u2019re ready to <\/b><b>put your shoulder to the wheel and crush it, mistake-free.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before I share the mistakes with you, let me tell you something about my team and I. We build mostly on<\/span><b> social media. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We don\u2019t:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">do three-way calls, home parties or meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">buy and hand out inventory<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sample products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Why I\u2019m telling you this?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because social media is about leveraging curiosity marketing and attraction marketing strategies. Not Providing Enough Support\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Your number one goal as a network marketer is to help your people make money.<\/strong> You should help them rank advance, especially in their first 30 to 90 days, so they stay motivated.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there\u2019s one powerful lesson I learned over the years, is that <\/span><b>leaders need to provide more support. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teach your people everything you know. Show them how to recruit\u2026 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">how simple it really is.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s not all. You have to look at it from all angles.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some of the people you\u2019re currently working with won\u2019t make it in the long-term. That\u2019s okay. But they might know a Nadya Melton, a Ray Higdon, an Eric Worre\u2014a.k.a. a potential superstar who you could bring to the team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Long story short:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Offering more support will help you and your business in the long run.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><strong>#3. Not Making Your Business Home for Everyone to Win<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not everyone wants to be a millionaire\u2014or believes it\u2019s possible.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether the people you work with want to make a few hundred bucks or a million bucks, <\/span><b>your job is to support everyone\u2019s goal.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When I first started in this industry, I thought to myself, <em>\u201c$10,000 a month\u2026I can\u2019t even imagine it. That\u2019s all I need.\u201d<\/em> And then years later, it was, <em>\u201cWhat if I could make $50,000?\u201d<\/em> And so on, until I built a multi-million dollar business.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But not everybody is like me. That was my lesson.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once I started to make more money, I understood my team was also making more money. I started to think,<em> \u201cI need to make hundreds of thousands a month because I\u2019ve got people in my downline making $100,000 a month\u2026.and $50,000 a month, and $10,000 a month.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>That\u2019s when I started to think bigger, asking myself what could I do to impact more humans.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is the <\/span><b>BONUS MISTAKE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Not thinking bigger about how much you can really earn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Let me tell you something:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>It\u2019s not about you.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s about the other people in your organization and their financial opportunities.
