That it\u2019s the root of all evil?<\/p>\n<p>That kind of talk has conditioned us to have limiting beliefs.<\/p>\n<p>So we need to <strong>start having a more abundant mindset and realize that:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>It\u2019s not greedy to want more money.<\/li>\n<li>Money doesn\u2019t leave the Earth.<\/li>\n<li>It ranks up there with oxygen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Why? Because <strong>money gives you options!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>What is Your Net Worth Goal 5 Years Out?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This is a great clarity question. If you haven\u2019t thought about it,<strong> write it down and envision it happening.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Why?<\/p>\n<p>Because once you start writing down your affirmations, <strong>there\u2019s a journey that happens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And if you\u2019re still struggling with that scarcity mindset, here\u2019s our recommendation.<\/p>\n<p>Back in the day, we realized we were chasing the money instead of attracting it and it was exhausting.<\/p>\n<p>So we decided to <strong>watch the movie <em>The Secret<\/em> for 30 days in a row.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Why? Because realized <strong>you can\u2019t build an abundant business, if your frequency and vibration, is scarcity.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And if you\u2019re more into books, we recommend checking out <strong><em>The Prosperity Consciousness<\/em> by Fredric Lehrman<\/strong>. It will change the way you think about money and abundance.<\/p>\n<p>Because our subconscious mind is like an elephant and our conscious mind is like a flea. The flea gets excited but if our elephant is not on the same page, we\u2019re in trouble. So <strong>let\u2019s \u201cbrainwash\u201d that elephant into abundance!<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><strong>3 Games of Money\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>#1: Income\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>What\u2019s the difference between <strong>being rich and being wealthy?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Let\u2019s take for example Shaquille O\u2019Neal, the basketball player. Shaquille was rich and the guy paying his salary was wealthy.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, <strong>we have to make more money.<\/strong> But not just 10% or 20% more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We need to 10X or even 20X your income.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And here\u2019s a major key that many people miss\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Once you start earning more money, <strong>invest in assets vs liabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For example, <strong>buy an AirBnB instead of Gucci and Louis Vuitton bags.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But follow this rule: <strong>if you can\u2019t buy it twice with cash, don\u2019t buy it at all.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PRO Tip #1:<\/strong> Set up a legal entity for yourself. It\u2019s important to have legal protection and<em><strong> having an LLC can bring you a lot of benefits.<\/strong><\/em> Because it\u2019s not about how much you make, it\u2019s how much you keep, how you protect it, and how you grow it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>PRO Tip #2:<\/strong> <em><strong>Monitor your learning-to-entertainment ratio.<\/strong> <\/em>The stats tell us that the average person watches 4 hours of TV\/day. Why not use that time to read or listen to a book and work on your own development?<\/p>\n<p><script src=\"https:\/\/embed.lpcontent.net\/leadboxes\/current\/embed.js\" async defer><\/script> <img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer;\" src=\"https:\/\/my.networkersjournal.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/7FEnzKn3ZXur-fwGt7rqCXHFN3zeNvMitweOhl6iqQW1d0_4_cJx3HpF9jKa3jNjyPPQZUaNHYMOIgFSuJAzs0\" alt=\"Click here to subscribe\" data-leadbox-popup=\"kVcVtrehoEUhEg4f9tcWSD\" data-leadbox-domain=\"nadyamelton.lpages.co\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><strong>#2: Accumulation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00a0What\u2019s the fastest way to accumulate more money?<\/p>\n<p><strong>It\u2019s to save on your taxes and invest.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s the percentage of money that comes into your bank account that you don\u2019t even see? Ideally, it should be 10%. And you should be using those 10% to invest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are 3 buckets of investments<\/strong> that you want to eventually have:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bucket #1:<\/strong> The Boring Bucket (or the Stay-Rich Money) \u2013 these are the investments that are more stable.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bucket #2:<\/strong> Riskier Investments (money you should be ok with losing) \u2013 for example, investments in crypto, real estate, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bucket #3:<\/strong> Your Dream Bucket (all the \u201ctoy\u201d purchases) \u2013 cars, boats, planes, designer items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>IMP:<\/strong> To manage your money, <em><strong>we recommend getting a fiduciary.<\/strong> <\/em>This is a person who is obliged by law to act in your best interest. When we brought in a company, they helped us become really organized and optimized, and it created that next level of accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Remember, <strong>you are the CEO of your business and brand, so you need to have that CEO mentality.<\/strong> So having an LLC, getting a bookkeeper, having a fiduciary \u2013 these are all things that will take your business to the next level.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><strong>#3: Multiplication\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Can you imagine having so much money, that you don\u2019t know what to do with it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s a positive problem. But how do we solve it?<\/p>\n<p><strong>By optimizing!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They say, <em>\u201cInvest in places you love to visit.<\/em>\u201d So we have a few houses in Destin, FL. And we love going there, so now every time we do,<strong> it\u2019s a business expense!<\/strong> How fantastic is that?<\/p>\n<p>So start thinking about <strong>how can you take advantage of your pre-tax dollars<\/strong> because the\u00a0most expensive dollar is after-tax dollar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>So get organized and optimized.<\/strong> If something can\u2019t be a tax write-off, get a business credit card and get points which you can later use for groceries, house redecorating, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Think outside the box about how you can best optimize your expenses!<\/strong> That\u2019s what wealthy people do.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><strong>Those were the 3 Games of Money.
