A strong start matters. If new recruits are not provided with proper onboarding and ongoing training, they’ll flounder and, ultimately, may quit. Make sure that each person joining your team understands the roadmap to success and has access to necessary resources from day one. - Leadership Gaps
Your team’s productivity often reflects your leadership. Self-assess: are you leading by example? Are you actively supporting your team? When leadership is engaged, supportive, and leads with integrity, team members are far more likely to follow suit. - Limited Recognition and Rewards
